I am an interim manager, management consultant and coach with more than 25 years of international experience in leading positions for companies such as Nokia, Nikon, Olympus, Pentax and EMI Music and have often been the "fireman" in difficult phases of my career.
As a sales and marketing expert, I focus on the successful design of go-to-market strategies, the development of distribution and the reorganization of sales and marketing areas.

My professional roots lie in the media sector, although I initially trained in the field of coffee roasting machines in my native Lower Rhine region.
However, I quickly turned my passion for audiovisual media into a profession. Photography, cameras, films, digital television, dictation machines, binoculars, CDs, streaming media, data carriers and much more have shaped my work over many years.
Alongside my job, I studied business administration with a focus on European economics. I have held board and advisory board positions in leading associations such as ZVEI, Photoindustrie-Verband (PIV) and PHONONET (BVMI), where I have been able to help shape the industry.
I started my own business in 2013 and have since worked as a consultant, interim manager and Fractional Executive in a network of great colleagues from the fields of advertising, graphics, strategy, agencies and freelancers, which enables me to implement even larger projects quickly and successfully.
This flexibility in terms of time and organization and the resulting impact has enabled me to successfully manage many projects in very different sectors (e.g. food, cosmetics, energy, software, electronics).
As the proud father of a daughter and a son, I live in Düsseldorf on the Rhine.
I emphasize this because I am a Rhinelander with heart and soul and have the Rhineland mentality in me, although I have also enjoyed living in Hamburg and Frankfurt am Main.
I have lost my heart to the clubs Düsseldorfer EG and Fortuna Düsseldorf. I am interested in art and am very involved in social projects that support people on the margins of society in my hometown.
